		<content type="html">I do no thave specific information on the stalled projects, however, the overall slow down in the local housing market was destined to hit Flagle Village faster than most neighborhoods.  It was not built for sustainability(in my humble opinion) and as such will be the first to linger.  The planning and economic development department shoud have taken a more active role in conducting market analyses and economic projections.  Good luck.  It is however, a neighborhood that deserves investment and you shoudl be lauded for your commitment.&lt;br /&gt;Chuck</content>

		<content type="html">Very interesting article. I have a particular interest in the neighborhood, as I am one in the process of purchasing a condo there. I was wondering if you had any updates on some of seemingly stalled projects such as The Heights or Village Lofts, both on NE 4th Avenue.</content>
